Shipping & Delivery Policy

Osmium sells software licences, subscriptions, and digital credit top-ups. We do not ship physical goods. Delivery means online access to your account, download links for the Osmium desktop app, and activation of plan entitlements / credits.

• Immediate (usually under 5 minutes): after successful Razorpay payment, your Dashboard reflects the new plan or credit balance.
• Desktop download: available from the website / Dashboard as soon as your account is active. Install is self-serve on your device.
• Device link: generate a link code in the Dashboard and redeem it in the Osmium desktop app to sync the org wallet — typically instant after redeem.

If delivery does not complete within 24 hours of a successful payment, email [email protected] with your payment ID and we will restore access within 1–2 business days.

Digital delivery is worldwide via https://osmiumhq.com, subject to export controls and our acceptable-use rules. Billing currency and taxes may vary by location.

Failed or incomplete digital delivery due to our systems is remedied by restoring access or issuing a refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
