Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers Osmium subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Enterprise — monthly or yearly) and one-time Osmium credit top-ups purchased on https://osmiumhq.com via Razorpay.

You may cancel a subscription anytime from your Dashboard or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email. Cancellation requests are accepted within 1–2 business days.

After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next renewal.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the first payment for a new monthly plan and have not consumed more than a trivial amount of included AI credits, you may request a full refund.
• After 7 days, or after material credit usage, monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period. You may still cancel to stop future renewals.

Yearly plans may receive a prorated refund for unused full months if you cancel and request a refund within the first 30 days of the annual term, less any Osmium credits already consumed (converted at the published credit-to-API ratio). After 30 days, yearly fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

One-time credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits are added to your organisation wallet. If a top-up fails or is double-charged due to a payment error, contact us within 7 days for investigation and refund of the duplicate charge.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval. The amount is returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank or UPI provider may take additional time (typically 5–10 business days) to reflect the credit.

Please contact support before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
